In her spare time, Mary enjoys horseback riding and country dancing. She is new to practicing yoga and is continually striving to improve her personal practice as well as applying the principles to her patients' treatments. When she isn't busy with her work or regular leisure activities, she relaxes with a good book or quality time with friends and family.

Debbie Thrall

Debbie Thrall, P.T.

Debbie has been in practice for 23 years, graduating from Boston University in 1988 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. She has been certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) since 1994; and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1986. Debbie's treatments are based on a careful examination and typically emphasize self-treatment and patient education. Most patients receive training in posture and alignment; body mechanics; and use of postural supports in addition to targeted exercises to restore injured tissue. Manual therapy (soft tissue and joint mobilization/manipulation) is also used as needed. All treatments are one on one, carried out by the physical therapist and most visits last 45 to 60 minutes.

Physical training has been a lifelong passion for her. Currently she rides at Training Level in dressage. Other interests have included: gymnastics; practicing and teaching yoga; running the Boston Marathon; rock climbing; and gardening/farming. Other non-medical interests include working with several community groups in Washington County.

As a Physical Therapist, she enjoys the relationship she forms with patients and is passionate about the problem-solving aspects of diagnosing and treating them. She enjoys working directly with the providers at Doctor's Family Clinic and Immediate Care; and with the professional, patient-focused staff.

Brittney Couch

Brittney Couch, LMT

Brittney has always been interested in massage. Her grandmother has a wellness center and has practiced massage for over twenty years. At first, she just loved receiving massage, because of the relaxation it gave to her body. After finding out all the healing benefits that go along with massage, she wanted to make it a big part of her life and share it with others. In 2008, Brittney finished massage school and began working at a chiropractic office. She was able to get a lot of experience working on patients who were recently in car accidents as well as work related injuries. Last fall, she furthered her education in San Diego and learned Oriental Sports Massage. It is a great technique for athletes or anyone looking to gain flexibility and range of motion. Brittney enjoys doing deep tissue massage and believes it is very beneficial for loosening up tight muscles. She is passionate about what she does and treats every client from her heart to the best of her abilities. Outside of work, Brittney enjoys taking Zumba dance class, being outdoors and spending time with her amazing family and friends.
